Pin Xiang Restaurant 品香大饭店 @ Aman Suria

Discovered a new eating place in Aman Suria called Pin Xiang Restaurant, anything with “Xiang” in it surely sounds good at the first impression right? *cough*

Had my last Yee Sang tossing at this restaurant with fellow friends and the dishes there simply amazed me.

As usual, we tossed for health, wealth, prosperity, harmony and bla bla…. Whatever you think it’s good for me, it is!

I tried the fresh bean curd sheet with barley there! The thick bean curd sheet definitely spice up the ordinary soya bean drinks!

Marmite Pork Ribs

Taking a different dishes from the usual Pai Guat Wong, the marmite pork ribs were succulent good! The ribs were pretty tender, juicy and and accompanied with the rich glazed marmite sauce!

Stir-Fried Bittergourd with Chinese Pickled Lettuce

Bitter gourd is just not my thing! I hope that the crisp sweet salty pickled lettuce could help covering the taste of the bitter gourd but my taste bud just dont buy in. I will leave that for the bitter gourd lover kay? =P

Two Taste Prawns

My favourite food is served! What’s best was you get to try two different type of cooking with the fresh mouth watering prawns! The juicy crisp prawn balls were dressed with salad sauce, awesome! Next was the big prawns accompanied with buttery egg floss and curry leaves! Aromatic, Fresh, Sweet, Yummy, HEAVEN!

Claypot Garoupa Fish Head

Chunks of fresh big deep fried garoupa fish head meat braised the dark brown sauce was heavenly great! The sweetness of the fish blends with the thickened sauce, the sauce itself already a double thumbs up from me! The added garlic and spring onion added the aroma of the fish and sauce.

Braised Chicken with Yam

How does pieces of tender chicken meat dipped in a pool of yam gravy sounds to you? The smooth and thick yam gravy totally spice up the ordinary chicken taste. It’s a bonus if you’re a yam lover!

Yam Ring with Pou Ging Sauce Pork Rib

I have to brad about this! The yam ring was almost double the size I had at other restaurant, soft juicy yam covered with super crisp outer layer. It goes perfectly with the Pou Gin sauce Pork ribs bringing a sweet, tender and pleasant dishes to us!

Signature Butter Crab

I’m a crab lover though I’m kinda lazy to get the flesh out myself =P The fresh thick meat crabs were served in a bed of creamy buttery with cheese added sauce. I’s pure orgasmic to go with the crisp bun above! It’s definitely finger licking good because you don’t want to waste any sauce out of it!

Hot and Sour Crab

The sweet sourish and spicy eggy gravy had a great balance to spice up the crab meat, it’s a good go with the crisp bun as well. Some how Pin Xiang chef just able to create all the yummy gravy for all the dishes!

Waxed Meat Rice

Too full with the above food that I hardly take a bite of the waxed meat rice.The sweet salty waxed meat infused complementing the rice fragrance flavour.
